Achilles Tendonitis [Archive] – Seattle Triathlon Club: “Stair-step heel raises (working the calf); Stand on a stair-step on the balls of your feet, slowly lower heel below step, then raise heel as high as you can.
– Work in entire range of motion of the ankle.
– Use a slow and controlled motion, pausing for 2 seconds at the top and bottom of the motion.
– Start by using both feet at the same time.”
